- Turn it inside out before washing, so the print outlives the shirt
- Gentle detergent. This cotton is easygoing; keep it that way
- Wash it with like colors the first time or two
- Tumble dry low, or hang it up and go do something better

- Skip the high heat. Air-drying keeps the fit true and the hand soft.
- Low and slow if you use the dryer. Delicate setting, low heat.
- Get it out early. Pull it while it’s still slightly warm and the wrinkles mostly sort themselves out.
