Shipping

Is shipping really free?
Yes. We build the actual shipping cost into the product price up front, so what you see at checkout is what you pay — $0 for shipping, every order, every country.

How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days and typically arrive within 7-15 business days.

Sizing

How do I know what size to order?
Every product page has a Size Guide section. Where we have real supplier measurements, we use those; otherwise we use a standard US sizing reference, clearly labeled as such, along with a fit note specific to that garment's stretch and cut.

Returns

What's your return policy?
Unworn, unwashed items can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. See our full Return Policy for details.

My order arrived damaged or wrong — what do I do?
Email us within 7 days of delivery and we'll make it right at no cost to you.

Orders

Can I change or cancel my order?
Contact us as soon as possible after placing your order. Once an order has shipped, we're unable to modify it.
